BEDROOMS: 2 Bedrooms. 1 open floor plan bedroom has 2 sets of comfortable bunk beds(sleeps 4), 1 closet, and 1 six drawer chest.
*The sofa folds out to a full size bed.
The master bedroom has 1 comfortable queen size bed (sleeps 2) 1 smaller closet, 1 four drawer chest, and a LCD flat screen TV.
*ultra luxurious 400 thread count sheets on all beds. 2 extra pillows, and blankets available.
ENTERTAINMENT: 42" LCD flat screen TV in living room, DVD, cable TV. Board games.

OUTSIDE: PLENTY of parking. The backyard meets the Aptos Creek which flows into the Seacliff State Beach. Plenty of trees, and large grass area. Large beautiful Brazilian hardwood/bronze glass deck wraps halfway around the house, so the whole family can sit outside, relax and enjoy the beautiful Northern California "camp like" feel.
