Stay and discover this unique 2BD/ 1BA Seacliff bungalow. Originally built in the 1930 's as a beach rental for San Fransisco residents to escape the busy city. This home has been completely remodeled, yet it has all the character and charm still in tact.... making it a PERFECT getaway for families or romantic retreats.

KITCHEN: Gas oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, wine cooler, cooking utensils/pots & pans, dishes/glasses/utensils (service for 8).

DINING AREA: Dining table seats 4 plus 3 barstools in the at the breakfast bar. 2 high back chairs and small table in living room allow additional seating.

COMFORTABLE LIVING ROOM: Couch seats 3 (adults) or 4 children, 1 swivel seat, 1 lounge chair, 2 high back chairs, plus 3 bar stools can accommodate 8 guests in the living room area.

BATHROOM: 1 bathroom, Toilet, sink, tub/shower. Beautifully tiled in tumbled travertine stone.

BEDROOMS: 2 Bedrooms. 1 open floor plan bedroom has 2 sets of comfortable bunk beds(sleeps 4), 1 closet, and 1 six drawer chest.

The other bedroom has 1 comfortable queen size bed (sleeps 2) 1 smaller closet, and 1 four drawer chest.

PLUS 1 comfortable full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

*ultra luxurious 400 thread count sheets on all beds. 2 extra pillows, and blankets available.

ENTERTAINMENT: 42" flat screen TV in living room, DVD, cable TV. Board games.

INTERNET ACCESS: Internet access, WIFI

OUTSIDE: PLENTY of parking. The backyard meets the Aptos Creek which flows into the Seacliff State Beach. Plenty of trees, and large grass area. Large beautiful Brazilian hardwood/bronze glass deck wraps halfway around the house, so the whole family can sit outside, relax and enjoy the beautiful Northern California "camp like" feel.

NEARBY: ATM/BANK, hospital, recreation-center, museums, groceries, fitness center, eco-tourism, theme parks, restaurants, outlet shopping, scenic-drives, winery tours, sight seeing, whale watching, surf-fishing, hiking, bike trails, bird-watching, golf, massage-therapist.

PETS: Welcome with owners permission. A $25 per/night pet fee will apply. Please refer to our pet policy.

GENERAL: Linens/bath towels are provided, and 1 alarm clock, local activities guide, menus from various restaurants in the area.
*please note, although the home is supplied with other products such as 1 roll paper towels, 1 pkg. napkins, 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 Kleenex box, & pkg. paper plates, you may need to purchase more during your stay.
